Kagadi-Suspected thugs on Monday night broke into the Kagadi district headquarters and stole a computer monitor.
According the District communications officer George Gulyetonda, the thugs gained entrance to the planning office through the window.
Gulyetonda wondered how thugs accessed the headquarters despite the fact that there are security guards.
He said the matter has been reported to police for investigation.
