Ugandans urged on a balanced diet to avoid communicable diseases

Ugandans have been advised to change their life style to avoid adult diabetes.

Dr. Basarilwa says adult diabetes is one of the non-communicable diseases

He says that the only way to live a long life is to eat healthily and exercise.

Basarilwa asked Ugandans to go for medical checkup if they experience signs such as weight loss, regular thirsty, frequent urination, and marcel contraction among others.
