DPC Ojara Romeo to bid farewell to Kagadi residents on Tuesday

The outgoing DPC
Kagadi, Ojara Romeo Onek will on Tuesday 07 01 2020 bid farewell to residents
of Kagadi district at a function expected to take place at Kagadi district headquarters.
Speaking to Kagadi Kibaale
community radio- KKCR on Monday evening, ASP Aimai Peter Simon, the Officer in Charge
operations at Kagadi Central Police Station, revealed that the event will kick
off at 1Pm with a football match between Kagadi Police team and Kagadi olds FC
at Kagadi model play ground in Kagadi town council.
He said after the football match they will gather for a farewell dinner which will involve exchange of gifts and speeches at Kagadi district headquarters.
DPC Romeo Ojara Onek who was
transferred to Kaperebyong District is expected to hand over office tools to
the incoming DPC ASP Kamara Stephen.
Ojara will be remembered for arresting suspected cattle thieves and reducing murder cases from 6 to nearly 0 a month in Kagadi district.
ASP Kamara Stephen from Kaperebyong
district has already reported to Kagadi central police station.
